Step into a tradition of Miami Beach luxury.

Miami Beach is a celebration of the uncommon. As the city’s newest boutique property, Hotel Greystone reignites an ancient spark, recalling the heyday of innovative hospitality on Collins Avenue. Its opening—led by the award-winning Salt Hotels in partnership with B Group Capital—heralds the return of timeless refinement to Miami Beach getaways. Intimate spaces, innovative cuisine and a hyperlocal ethos create the perfect conditions for people, art, music, and fine dining to transcend the predictable, and manifest the uncommon.

With Collins Avenue on the doorstep to explore, gathering areas create a haven of privacy tucked away from the street scene. A welcoming corner lobby invites guests into Hotel Greystone’s unique, design- and service-led vision of Miami Beach hospitality.

“Having spent a lot of time in Miami and South Beach over the years, it is a natural location for a Salt Hotel,” said Salt Hotels CEO David Bowd. “The vibe, energy and eclectic mix of people create one of the most interesting and dynamic centers in America. Hotel Greystone is a historic landmark off Collins Park, within steps of the beach, and a true boutique hotel amongst much larger and imposing buildings. Inside, the energy is as vibrant as the community with nightly programming, amazing cuisine – with the facilities of a large resort and the intimate service and attention to detail.”

Hotel Greystone’s innovative food and beverage program is led by executive chef Pawan Pinisetti, formerly of MGM and Golden Entertainment, with celebrated appearances on The Food Network and other media. At Sérêvène, the hotel’s signature restaurant, French rotisserie traditions meet Japanese izakaya—reflecting the flavors and precision of both cuisines. The Greystone Bar is a convivial atmosphere with live piano and musical entertainment, featuring inventive craft cocktails. On the fourth-floor rooftop, the hotel’s vibrant pool area is a haven of entertainment, refreshment, and relaxation.

Ninety-one serene guest rooms sit in contrast to lively public areas. Throughout, design by Holly Muhl of Bowenholly and Kevin O’Shea, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Salt Hotels, interprets the historic Art Deco building in the key of effortless luxury and beachy sophistication. Throughout the hotel, inspiration is drawn from the colors, textures and greenery of Miami Beach. Inside rooms, stays are tech-enabled, with smart tablets connecting guests with concierge, room service and other amenities.

Hotel Greystone offers the amenities of a large resort—a beach club, wellness offerings and more—with the intimate scale and personalized service of a boutique hotel. The result is a three-dimensional, kinetic love letter to Miami Beach—celebrating the city for what it is and will become. Guests are invited to come as they are and depart feeling renewed.
