This blog answers the most common questions we receive in the Memberships mailbox about renewing, access issues, certificates, supplier validation, applications, and events. (Patterns derived from your inbound email data and your current outbound guidance.)

1) I’m trying to renew, but the site keeps looping me back to log in or to “Renew” again.

Quick fix: Clear your browser cache or open a private/incognito window, then log in and click Renew Your TRUE Code again. If it still loops, reset your password. If the issue persists, reply to Memberships and we can complete your renewal by phone.

2) My payment didn’t seem to go through. How can I confirm my renewal?

A successful renewal shows an on‑screen confirmation and sends a confirmation email. If you don’t see either (and no charge appears), reply with your TRUE number so we can verify or finalize your renewal by phone.

3) My membership lapsed—can I reinstate it or do I need to reapply?

If your TRUE Code has been expired for a while, you may need to reapply as a new applicant. Contact us—we’ll review your timeline, work to preserve your existing TRUE number where possible, and advise the quickest path back to active status.

4) A supplier says my TRUE number is “not valid.” What should I do?

First, confirm that your membership is active. Some supplier portals validate against your current status. If you’re active and still get errors, send us the supplier name and a screenshot so we can investigate.

5) How do I download my TRUE certificate?

Log in to your member dashboard and open your membership documents to download your current certificate. Right after renewing, allow a short refresh window. If needed, reply to Memberships and we’ll email the PDF.

6) What are the requirements and fees to apply for TRUE accreditation?

Complete the online application and checkout. Fees: Initial $399; annual renewal $375. If you operate in California, Florida, Hawaii, Washington, or Iowa, Seller of Travel licensing rules apply. TRUE Codes are typically assigned every Monday & Tuesday after vetting.

7) Where can I find ABC•CCRA hotel booking instructions and codes?

From your dashboard, go to Resources  Travel Agencies  Supplier Search to access supplier categories and the Non‑GDS Booking Guide (active membership required).

8) Do chapter webinars send reminders? Is there a replay if I miss one?

Chapter and virtual sessions send email invitations with a registration link; RSVPs are required. Replay availability varies—if one is offered, we email the link after the event. Your Chapter Director can confirm replay details.

9) Can I schedule a call for help?
