This blog answers the most common questions we receive in the Memberships mailbox about renewing, access issues, certificates, supplier validation, applications, and events. (Patterns derived from your inbound email data and your current outbound guidance.)
1) I’m trying to renew, but the site keeps looping me back to log in or to “Renew” again.
Quick fix: If you see a log out option, log out or clear your browser cache. You can also open a private/incognito window, then log in and click Renew Your TRUE Code again. If it still loops, reset your password. If you still have issues, send us a screenshot of the error message or webpage and the email address that you are using to login or renew. Make sure the email address is the same we have on file for your TRUE code.
2) My payment didn’t seem to go through. How can I confirm my renewal?
A successful renewal shows an on‑screen confirmation and sends a confirmation email. You can also check your status here https://www..com/check-true-code/
3) My membership lapsed—can I reinstate it or do I need to reapply?
If your TRUE Code has been expired for a while, you may need to reapply as a new applicant. First things first, fill out the Expired Renewal Form. If you do not receive the renewal link in the email confirmation, contact us with your information and we’ll review your timeline, work to preserve your existing TRUE number where possible, and advise the quickest path back to active status.
4) A supplier says my TRUE number is “not valid.” What should I do?
First, confirm that your membership is active. Give the supplier the https://www..com/check-true-code/ for validation confirmation. If you’re active and still get errors, send us the supplier name and a screenshot so we can investigate.
5) How do I download my TRUE certificate?
Login to your membership account, from your TRUE Dashboard, under the star symbol you will see the link to DOWNLOAD TRUE CERTIFICATE. Travel Advisors can access their ID Card and TRUE Certificate directly through their membership account at any time.
6) What are the requirements and fees to apply for TRUE accreditation?
Complete the online application and checkout. Fees: Initial $399; annual renewal $375. If you operate in California, Florida, Hawaii, or Washington Seller of Travel licensing rules apply. TRUE Codes are typically assigned every Tuesday & Friday after vetting. Learn more
7) Where can I find ABC•CCRA hotel booking instructions and codes?
From your TRUE dashboard, go to Resources → Travel Agencies → Supplier Search to access supplier categories and the Non‑GDS Booking Guide (active membership required) or look for the Hotels, Vacation Rentals and Transportation Partners section on your TRUE Dashboard.
8) After Initial registration are there reminders for chapter meetings and webinars? Is there a replay if I miss one?
In-person Chapter meetings and Virtual chapter meetings will send email invitations with a registration link; RSVPs are required. Chapter meetings are not recorded but all of our educational webinars can be found on your TRUE Dashboard and the Supplier Directory. You can also add our calendar to automatically see all of our events, webinars and tradeshows. You will find access to the calendar in our Connections newsletter and on your TRUE dashboard.
9) Can I schedule a call for help?
Yes. Please use our Calendly link to schedule a 15 or 30 minute meeting or join our monthly Office Hours.

Tips to avoid renewal hiccups
- Renew prior to your expiration date to enjoy a seamless experience.
- Use a modern browser and clear your cache if you see looping.
- Right after renewing, give the system a few minutes to refresh certificates and dashboard flags.
