1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CCRA International, Inc. (“CCRA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ccra.com, www.abcglobalservices.com, and other websites, applications, online portals, communications, and digital services operated by CCRA that reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

CCRA provides travel industry products, programs, and services, including TRUE Accreditation, travel agency identification and membership programs, hotel and air programs, supplier marketing, educational programs, industry events, travel reservations, and related support services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the Services.

If you access or use the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Certain CCRA products, programs, and services may be governed by additional agreements, eligibility requirements, or program-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, those specific agreements will control with respect to the applicable product or service.

These Terms contain provisions regarding dispute resolution, arbitration, limitations of liability, and restrictions on class or representative proceedings. Please review them carefully.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You agree to use CCRA’s Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for programs, submitting applications, requesting services, or conducting transactions.

You may not misrepresent your identity, business affiliation, professional credentials, accreditation status, or authority to act on behalf of another individual or organization.

Individuals under 18 may use applicable Services only with appropriate parental or legal guardian authorization and supervision.

CCRA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Services when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, violations of these Terms, or applicable legal requirements.

3. CCRA Programs and Services

CCRA operates a variety of travel industry programs and services, including:

  • TRUE Accreditation and related membership services.

  • Travel agency identification and professional recognition programs.

  • Hotel programs and participating supplier offerings.

  • Corporate air and travel-related services.

  • Supplier marketing, promotional, and educational programs.

  • Industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Travel reservation, customer support, and related technology services.

Availability, eligibility, benefits, pricing, and program requirements may vary.

CCRA may modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue particular programs or Services, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Participation in any program does not guarantee approval by, recognition from, or acceptance by an independent travel supplier.

4. TRUE Accreditation and Membership Programs

TRUE Accreditation is a professional travel agency identification and accreditation program administered by CCRA.

Applicants and members must satisfy applicable eligibility, documentation, identity verification, and program requirements.

The issuance of a TRUE Code does not guarantee acceptance by any specific hotel, airline, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel supplier.

Supplier participation, recognition, booking access, commission arrangements, and eligibility requirements are determined independently by participating suppliers.

TRUE Accreditation does not establish an employment, agency, franchise, or partnership relationship between CCRA and an accredited travel agency.

Additional requirements, restrictions, and obligations governing TRUE Accreditation are contained in the applicable TRUE Member Agreement and related program documentation.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the TRUE Member Agreement, the TRUE Member Agreement will control regarding TRUE Accreditation.

5. Account Registration and Security

Certain Services may require account registration or authentication.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

  • Use reasonable measures to protect your account from unauthorized access.

  • Notify CCRA promptly if you become aware of suspected unauthorized access or account misuse.

  • Refrain from sharing credentials with unauthorized individuals.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

CCRA may suspend access or require additional verification when necessary to protect account security or the integrity of its Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use CCRA’s Services to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

  • Impersonate another individual, agency, supplier, or organization.

  • Submit false or unauthorized reservations, registrations, or applications.

  • Misrepresent accreditation, membership, supplier relationships, or professional credentials.

  • Interfere with website operations, network security, or service availability.

  • Distribute unsolicited commercial communications or spam.

  • Post defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content.

  • Use CCRA’s name, trademarks, branding, or program identifiers without authorization.

CCRA reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting access, removing content, or referring matters to appropriate authorities.

7. Reservations and Travel Transactions

Certain Services may allow authorized users to request, arrange, or facilitate hotel accommodations, air transportation, and other travel-related products or services.

All reservations must be legitimate, accurate, and made in good faith for authorized travelers or customers.

Speculative, fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized reservations are prohibited.

Travel products and services may be subject to additional supplier-specific terms, including cancellation policies, deposit requirements, payment conditions, availability restrictions, and other applicable requirements.

Rates, availability, amenities, commissions, and other supplier offerings may change without notice, subject to confirmed booking terms and applicable law.

CCRA may correct errors in displayed information and address reservations affected by inaccurate pricing, availability, or other material errors in accordance with applicable supplier agreements and legal requirements.

Travel suppliers remain responsible for delivering the products and services they provide, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.

8. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Certain CCRA programs and Services require payment of application fees, membership fees, registration charges, reservation-related amounts, or other applicable charges.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize CCRA and its authorized payment processors to process charges associated with the transactions you approve.

Applicable fees, payment schedules, renewal requirements, refund policies, and cancellation conditions will be communicated through the relevant program, transaction, or agreement.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges, and other amounts associated with your purchases or transactions unless otherwise stated.

CCRA may update pricing for future purchases, renewals, or transactions, subject to applicable agreements and notice requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

CCRA’s websites, Services, content, trademarks, logos, program names, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials are owned by CCRA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CCRA grants users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Services for authorized purposes consistent with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit CCRA content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

The names, logos, trademarks, and service marks of third-party suppliers and business partners remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of or unrestricted rights to CCRA or third-party intellectual property.

10. User-Submitted Content

Certain Services may permit users to submit comments, reviews, messages, documents, or other materials (“User Content”).

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

By submitting User Content for publication or use within the Services, you grant CCRA a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, and improve the applicable Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to CCRA.

CCRA may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or creates security, legal, or operational concerns.

Personal information submitted through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

CCRA’s Services may contain links to websites, reservation systems, supplier portals, payment platforms, and other services operated by independent third parties.

These third parties may maintain their own terms of use, privacy policies, pricing, and operating requirements.

CCRA does not control the independent operations or policies of third-party websites and services.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that provider’s products or services.

Users are encouraged to review applicable third-party terms before completing transactions or providing personal information.

12. Electronic Communications

By using our Services or providing contact information, you agree that CCRA may send necessary transactional, administrative, and service-related communications electronically, including account notices, reservation information, program updates, and billing communications.

CCRA may also send marketing and promotional communications where permitted by applicable law and your communication preferences.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent CCRA from sending essential transactional or service-related notices.

13. Text Messaging and SMS

CCRA may offer text messaging services for individuals who expressly opt in to receive SMS communications.

Messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, event information, service updates, or other communications authorized through the applicable messaging program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of applicable SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact CCRA through the contact information provided on our website.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services.

CCRA will not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.

Additional messaging terms may apply to particular SMS programs.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

CCRA respects the privacy of individuals who use our Services.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available on www.ccra.com.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. Service Availability and Modifications

CCRA endeavors to maintain reliable access to its Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

CCRA may modify or discontinue website features or Services as necessary, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CCRA PROVIDES ITS WEBSITES AND GENERAL ONLINE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

CCRA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.

CCRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS WEBSITES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERROR, OR SECURITY RISK.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Additional contractual warranties or service commitments, if any, are governed by the applicable written agreement.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CCRA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ITS GENERAL ONLINE SERVICES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Where a separate written agreement governs a specific CCRA program or service, the applicable liability provisions of that agreement will control.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCRA and its officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms.

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

  • Your infringement of another party’s intellectual property or legal rights.

  • Fraudulent or materially inaccurate information knowingly submitted by you.

  • Your unauthorized conduct that causes harm to CCRA or another party.

This provision does not require indemnification for CCRA’s own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot legally be shifted to another party.

19. International Use and Export Compliance

CCRA operates from the United States and provides services to travel industry participants and business partners internationally.

Users accessing the Services from outside the United States are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.

Disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CCRA’s Services will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any governing written agreement between the parties.

Where a separate agreement establishes binding arbitration, forum selection, or other dispute resolution requirements, those provisions will control with respect to the applicable program or service.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief that cannot lawfully be restricted.

22. Changes to These Terms

CCRA may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in business operations, Services, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The effective date of the revised Terms will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law or applicable agreement, CCRA will provide additional notice of material changes.

Independent Parties: Use of CCRA’s Services does not create an employment, franchise, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between CCRA and any user.
