The TRUE (Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration) Code is an independent travel advisor accreditation program offered by CCRA. TRUE enables you to operate as the agency of record. Unlike ARC or IATA, which are traditionally aligned with airline ticketing or corporate travel models, the TRUE Code is designed specifically for independent advisors and small agencies who want to work directly with suppliers without going through a host. TRUE provides you with a unique supplier-recognized code that enables direct commission payments, industry recognition, and booking access.
