Manager, Agency Solutions
Reports To: Vice President, Agency Solutions
Location: Virtual (within the US – East Coast business hours)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Position Summary:
The Manager, Agency Solutions, manages a portfolio of travel agency accounts. The role is responsible for creating value for ABC’s partners and being consultative regarding ABC’s products and services. The Manager’s core responsibility is to build and grow sustainable relationships at all levels within the portfolio, to drive volume to the use of the ABC rate code production, as well as other service offerings, and aid ABC agency constituents with issue resolution. Additionally, the Manager will assist the team in monitoring preferred supplier production, developing sales leads, implementing new agency accounts, and managing industry accreditations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
•
Audit and proactively manage an assigned portfolio of tertiary accounts, optimizing the use of ABC supplier content and rate code activity, ideally on an exclusive basis within the organization.
•
Research and respond to all customer service inquiries and issues promptly, addressing client requests and issue escalation as needed
•
Review account IATA/ARC/CLIA IDs and PCC status and update monthly to ensure proper and current CRM reporting to suppliers and TravelClick.
•
Manage each account’s profile in ClaritySoft to ensure completeness of data, contact information, marketing flags, etc. Conduct timely audits of database information for tertiary accounts.
•
Track call activity and data components within ClaritySoft for optimal account management, task management, and account history.
•
Provide ongoing communications to accounts on all relevant news (ABC-specific or industry relevant) that assures a truly consultative position. This could include, but not be limited to, special ABC promotions, reinforcement of ABC-CCRA products and services, operational best practices, quarterly hotel exclusives, information tools for maximum product understanding, etc.

Implement/onboard new accounts assigned in a timely and professional manner
•
Ensure ABC’s industry accreditations (ARC, IATA, CLIA) are current
Consultative/Account Retention Responsibilities:
•
Review all available/relevant data (TravelClick and Supplier) to understand trends and areas for improvement.
•
Monthly, leverage account Rate Code data and other reports (i.e., account manager share report) to identify opportunities for increased rate code adoption.
•
Development of a customized business plan for accounts
o
Rate attachment/adoption plan to grow P4P qualified room night volume
o
Identify cross-sell opportunities in product/service areas
o
Understand and communicate evolving industry-specific trends and landscapes
•
Retain 100% account retention on the assigned account
•
Work with management and ABC’s Supplier Relations team to ensure that the value and product components of the ABC-CCRA supplier programs, as well as ancillary products and services, aligns with /meets the needs of ABC’s evolving customer base and assume a consultative role in delivering relevant solutions.

Perform business reviews as necessary
•
Assist with business development efforts
Knowledge & Skills Required:
•
At least 5 years in a relationship management or sales role related to corporate, leisure, and/or virtual travel companies.
•
Excellent customer service skills, including timely and accurate follow-up
•
Strong understanding of corporate and leisure travel agency operations, agency booking tools, consortium models, and competitive landscape.
•
High comfort level with data, numbers, and associated analysis.
•
GDS experience
•
Ability to collaborate with clients on a consultative basis to design solutions based on their needs.
•
Ability to provide analysis and make decisions/recommendations based on fact-based analyses.
•
Ability to operate in a strategic capacity, as well as manage/execute tactical activities.
•
Willingness and ability to think creatively.
•
Entrepreneurial, “can do” attitude, and is motivated by working in a demanding environment, and is comfortable operating independently

Director, Supplier Relations
Position: Director, Supplier Relations
Reports To: President, ABC Global Services, LLC, a subsidiary of CCRA International, LLC
Location: Virtual (within the US)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week – East Coast business hours)
Position Summary
Leads the strategy, development, and execution of ABC•CCRA supplier programs (primarily hotel and ground transportation), driving revenue growth through supplier relationships, marketing initiatives, and program innovation while strengthening industry partnerships and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with hotel chains, independent properties, and other travel industry partners.
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned supplier accounts, ensuring strong engagement, retention, production/market share growth, and enhanced revenue.
- Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key accounts.
- Maximize company revenues through the establishment of strong incentive/participation programs, and alignment and monitoring of opportunities within the agent base
- Lead the development and execution of joint annual marketing plans with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with production goals and partnership agreements.
- Own the lifecycle of marketing initiatives, including planning, alignment with agreements, and execution in coordination with internal teams.
- Lead development and evolution of supplier products and offerings.
- Ensure alignment between program strategy, supplier engagement, and agency value.
- Analyze data to guide strategy and negotiations.
- Monitor program performance, revenue trends, and market conditions.
- Establish reporting frameworks to evaluate success and identify growth opportunities.
- Use insights to optimize supplier participation and marketing effectiveness.
- Lead event strategy and execution for in-house advisor events, including sourcing, contracting, and overall coordination.
- Oversee event-related follow-up activities, including coordination, communication, and alignment with internal teams.
- Represent ABC•CCRA at industry events and key supplier engagements to strengthen relationships and market presence.
- Own departmental revenue targets and contribute to budget planning.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in account management, supplier relations, sales, or marketing role(s)
- 5+ years in the travel industry, preferably with suppliers, travel agencies, intermediaries, and/or travel technology providers
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
- Familiarity with GDS, RFP tools, and BI platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of hotel distribution, sales, and marketing.
- Understanding of the travel agency intermediary ecosystem, a plus.
