Login to your dashboard scroll down the main page, under We are so glad you are here section you will find ID Card click here to upload Photo.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile update page and find the field called ID Card Photo.
Click Choose File and upload a photo file from your computer.
Click Update Profile to save.
PLEASE NOTE: While CCRA does not require formal headshots or passport photos for ID cards, we do request that uploaded files be professional and focus mainly on your face. DO NOT upload photos that include other people, kids, pets, or inappropriate backgrounds. Photos wearing sunglasses and other vacation clothing (swimsuits, etc…) would not be appropriate. This is your professional identification in the travel industry.
