How do I renew my membership after expiration?

Renew your expired CCRA membership by navigating to your membership dashboard and choosing your desired Membership Level from the list. Enter your payment information and renew.

• • Use your CCRA username and password to log in to your membership account.
  • Because your account is expired, you will be brought to a default Membership Levels

If you have a TRUE code and would like for it to be renewed, you must select the TRUE Membership Annual. No other membership level will renew your existing TRUE code.

• On the payment page, confirm your billing information, enter your credit card, and click Submit and Check Out.

PLEASE NOTE: If your account has expired for a period longer than 30 days, you will need to resubmit all required application documents except for references. Those documents can be uploaded at ccra.com/trueappupload. Once the documents have been received, your renewal will be approved and your TRUE number will be reinstated.
