A successful renewal shows an on‑screen confirmation and sends a confirmation email. If you don’t see either (and no charge appears), reply with your TRUE number so we can verify or finalize your renewal by phone.

Quick fix: Clear your browser cache or open a private/incognito window, then log in and click Renew Your TRUE Code again. If it still loops, reset your password. If the issue persists, reply to Memberships and we can complete your renewal by phone.

Renew your TRUE membership by navigating to your membership dashboard and click the red Renew Your TRUE Code button. From the main page of your membership dashboard, underneath your membership details, click on Renew Your TRUE code.
