Cancellation Fees

Cancellation for any reason prior to 60-days prior to FAM start date will incur a $200 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received 59 days or less prior to FAM start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee of any money paid. Travel insurance is highly recommended for this trip and can help you recover any non-refundable fees you may incur as well as help with any emergency medical services if needed.

For the benefit of everyone on this trip, CCRA reserves the right to accept or reject any participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants. CCRA will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of your participation in an educational FAM trip due to unacceptable behavior or your incompatibility with the interests of this trip.

Participants with Special Needs

CCRA and our supplier partner cannot provide individual assistance to a participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motorcoaches, cruise ships and other vehicles, or other personal needs. CCRA will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.

Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. CCRA or the supplier partner is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant's inability to participate with the group. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including the touring motorcoaches and cruise ships, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Motorized scooters are not typically suitable on international tours.
