CCRA Conducts 2 Days of Board Room Meetings and One-On-One Appointments at GTM Fort Lauderdale

We've just returned from a fantastic 3 days at the beautiful Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida! Over the course of 3 days, we were able to connect with over 100 elite travel professionals through a series of one-on-one appointments and board room events. We reviewed all of the products currently in our portfolio, as well as a sneak peak at some really exciting new product launches on the horizon in 2017.

Most of the agents we met with expressed a desire for more marketing education and guidance on the best ways to utilize social media, email marketing and web technology to attract more clients and maximize engagement with their existing customers. Some of the agents we spoke with are enjoying great success with what they've been able to teach themselves, while some still face a high intimidation factor and are seeking a deeper understanding of how it can work for them before taking the leap. At the end of the day, it became clear to us that agencies at all levels of experience are looking for answers on how to add this new dimension to their agency business and their marketing plans.

Other highlights included discussion around utilizing the TRUE Code to connect with a broader portfolio of suppliers, applying for AirSelect to ensure that they're getting the best possible commissions on their international air, and utilizing their local peers to strengthen their position in the industry and share best practices.

Overall, it was another great event and we're so proud to welcome so many wonderful new agents to our network! And a BIG congratulations to our own Phyllis Evenson, Jacksonville Chapter Director, on winning 3 nights in Punta Cana!
