Reservation Center Adds Three "Top 100" Agencies During Third Quarter
|

 Reservation Center, the oldest 24/7 emergency call center for travel agencies, announced this quarter that it has added three new accounts that number among the Top 100 travel agencies in the country.
These agencies are CTS-Corporate Travel Solutions, Travel One, Inc., and TLG Travel Management. These additions bring the total number of new accounts added by the company this year to eleven.
Says Dic Marxen, CCRA president and CEO, “Reservation Center has continued to grow through tough economic times because we have never lost sight of the premium agencies place on excellent service. Our highly trained agents have, on average, 14 years of travel industry experience. We understand that the assistance we render not only reflects on our agency client, it often makes a difference in their travelers’ lives.”
CCRA currently numbers eleven Top 50 agencies among its customer base, and handles over 150,000 calls annually.
